Antica Pizzeria Da Michele
Roma Termini Station
For over 150 years, protagonists of the Neapolitan tradition
In 1906, Michele opened his first pizzeria in the area now occupied by the new Ascalesi Hospital building, but its subsequent construction forced him to find a new location for the business.
In 1930, the restaurant was relocated to its current premises on Via Cesare Sersale, which over time has been recognized by experts and journalists as one of the symbolic places of Neapolitan pizza.
Since then, five generations of pizzaioli have followed one another, now represented by Antonio Condurro and Michele Condurro, direct heirs of the founder, who continue to preserve and pass on the tradition by offering exclusively the classic “Margherita” and “Marinara,” in order to maintain their authentic taste.
The success of the pizzeria is based on the use of high-quality natural ingredients and a traditional leavening method, passed down over time and refined in full respect of Neapolitan culture.
